The hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. The unfortunate thing is the area surring the property. Didn't feel safe to walk after dinner to other local vendors. The taxis in town are terrible. All outdated. Truro needs Uber.

Smoky room

The room that I was given was like a motel, and outside of my door was the parking lot. My travel colleague was in the better part of the hotel and had a much better room. My room also had a very strong cigarette smoke smell, which I did not appreciate at all. I don’t smoke and I find the smell offensive. There was a sign at the front or check-in was saying this is a smoke free environment while my room wasn’t I was not happy.

Overall loved my experience. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 rating is due to the loud heating/cooling system and it went in and out every few minutes. Everything else was great! Loved the omelette chef for breakfast!!!
