Anthony was a wonderful host at this excellent property. My wife and I were traveling with our adult children, visiting family and friends in Pickering and Toronto, and this location and the facilities were excellent. We've been looking for a rental to use as our "home base" in the area when we come to town and we've finally found it! It's spacious, comfortable, clean, and feel like home. Being able to flip on the fire with a switch on a cold fall day is an especially nice touch, as well. We'll definitely be back!

The host was communicative from the time we booked through until we checked out. The house was clean, I was traveling with a germophobe (with good reason) who will go through and clean everything to their standard. We didn’t find any extra dirt or dust in the house. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. While we had access to the garage to park our car we didn’t feel we needed to with how safe the area felt. WiFi worked for our needs, teams meetings worked well without issue. We would definitely stay again.

Oasis in a difficult time

We arrived after a long day of travel to find a very peaceful and inviting home. It was decorated tastefully for the Christmas season with a Christmas tree and cozy blankets. We had told the host that we were in town for a funeral and when we arrived found that he had left a bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card for us. The location was perfect for us as we were close to everything we needed but didn't have to venture onto the highway (401) if we didn't want to. Thanks Anthony for providing a warm and inviting home during a tough week!

Great stay

We are from a rural area and wanted a quiet place to stay near the city. This spot was just off the 407 and we had easy access all week long. The properly was clean and new and the communication with the host was just enough. Overall great stay.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was exactly as pictured, and the layout worked very well for us (4 bedrooms upstairs; kitchen / dining room / living room downstairs). The entire house was very clean, and there were many special touches including clean towels and chocolates on every bed. It was a very welcoming space, and I appreciated the host providing an IKEA high chair and a nice pack 'n play for my baby (brought my own crib sheets). We enjoyed watching Netflix on the large TV in the living room. And it was great to cook in the kitchen where everything we needed was provided. There's not a lot going on in the neighbourhood (new development), but that was fine for us since we were visiting different areas in the GTA. We appreciated the parking in the laneway, and it was a smooth check-in and communication with Anthony. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean, spacious, good communication

The perfect rental for our friends to meet up. The house is new and immaculate, nicely decorated, and stocked with a few snacks. Lots of tableware. Wifi works well. Anthony stayed in touch as needed throughout the weekend. Currently, the area outside is a bit muddy as it’s a new development, but this won’t be an issue once the driveway is paved and the sod is laid. The neighbourhood is a bit out of the way, but lots of food delivery options.
