Urlaub 2022

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Wenn man es ruhig haben möchte, ist man dort genau richtig. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt. Also mit Haustier (Hund) eher unpraktisch.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus war wie im Internet beschrieben einfach toll. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch der Service vor Ort war perfekt. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit Obst Kuchen Gemüse und Gebäck. Die Umgebung war sehr idyllisch und optimal zum entspannen. Der tolle Pool lud täglich zu einer Abkühlung ein. Alles war sauber und ordentlich gepflegt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Les propriétaires sont accueillant et très disponible. Nous avons été gâté... légumes, pâtisserie.. La maison est impeccable, super bien entretenu... le village est conviviale et la mer à 25km (Rabac) est magnifique... juste parfait avec 4 enfants.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt, daher können wir das gepflegte Haus in ruhiger Lage in ländlicher Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben uns mit Obst, Gemüse und leckeren Quarkbällchen versorgt. Eine nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine wurde sofort gegen eine andere ausgetauscht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach Top

Ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sauber und alles funktioniert. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Lage ist auch sehr gut man ist schnell mit dem Auto überall. Hausbesitzer ist auch sehr sehr freundlich und bringt Sachen vorbei z.b. Quarkbälchen, Wein usw. Also einfach top.

So lala

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön das muß man sagen. Der außenbereich ist auch schön angelegt. Im innenbereich müßte mal etwas investiert werden. Es ist sehr abgewohnt und in manchen Zimmern kommt einem ein modriger Geruch entgegen. Geschirr war fast keins vorhanden. Es können sich auch diverse Putzmittel auch im Haus befinden, mußten alle dazugekauft werden. Der Pool ist zwar alt aber sauber. Eine neue Leiter wäre nicht schlecht. Achtung dort werden Bienen gehalten. Der Pool ist voll davon.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett ...

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und empfingen uns sehr herzlich. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Die 2 Bäder sind ganz neu renoviert. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit u.sehr auf die Zufriedenheit der Kunden bedacht. Wir wurden mit Wein, Gebäck u.Gemüse versorgt. Die eigenen Tiere des Vermieters (Schafe,Hunde,Katzen) waren ein Highlight für die Kinder. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und ideal um abzuschalten. Im gleichen Ort (5Gehminuten) befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allen Basisprodukten. Wir wurden mit Feuerholz versorgt um den Kaminofen zu befeuern. Auf Emofehlung des Vermieters hin, lies ich im gleichen Ort mein Auto reparieren und teils neu lackieren. Sehr gute Arbeit, mit original Teilen zu sehr guten Preis. Bei Fragen wie ''wo gibt es gutes Fleisch, Fisch usw.'' halfen die Vermieter gerne mit guten Tipps. Im großen u.ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, wenn einendie etwas weiteren Fahrten zu den Stränden, größeren Supermärkten, Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten nichts ausmachen. Reisetipps: Der Ort befindet sich im Bergland von Istrien und ist über teils steile und kurvige Pässe erreichbar. Die Kirche von Sv.Katarina (von 1867) ist nur in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ort befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allen Basisprodukten des alltäglichen Gebrauchs und frischen Backwaren. Zudem gibt es ein Weingut (1km ), eine KFZ–Werkstatt, einen KFZ–Lackier. Die Gegend ist komplett mit Wäldern umgeben. Diese laden zum spazieren und Pilze suchen ein! Wir selbst haben 2 kg Pfifferlinge gefunden. Für Radfahrer ist die Region sicher auch geeignet, da es viele schöne Routen im Umland gibt. Die nahen Strände sind in ca 25 Minuten (Plomin) zu erreichen. Wer lieber an etwas ruhigeren Stränden baden will, muss längere Fahrten auf sich nehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Pazin (15 Min mit dem Auto) oder Labin (30 Min mit dem Auto. Durch die relativ zentrale Lage kann man eigentlich in alle Richtung jedes Ausflugsziel gut anfahren. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend und wem die etwas längeren Fahrten zu den div.Ausflugszielen nichts ausmachen, ist hier sicher richtig.
