I’d stay again!

This B&B type stay was amazing! At first, I discovered it wasn’t right in Sorrento (it looked closer on the map than it really is), but is 2 “towns” over, totally my fault, but then once I headed into Sorrento proper and it was sooo crowded, I was happy to be in a little quieter locale. The service was fantastic, from the proprietor herself to the morning breakfast person and the evening restaurant waitstaff. The place was spotless and cleaned every day. I didn’t realize I had a huge terrace off my room. There is no elevator, but Emilia was super helpful to carry one of my bags up. I’d def stay agai. If I came back.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly.

Lovely place to stay, it was a short drive from Sorrento so having a car for the stay was definitely necessary. Parking was free and made better by having a location, provided by the hotel to park in Sorrento town centre for free too. The accommodation was clean and well decorated.

This is a good, small family run hotel close to the centre of Piano di Sorrento with good train and bus connections to Sorrento and Naples/Pompeii nearby. It has clean rooms, comfy beds and a nice terrace with a continental breakfast. The road outside can be a little noisy with the windows open but there is air-con.

We went here for our honeymoon and had the best experience. The staff were all so friendly. They allowed us to check in an hour early. Erica at the reception desk was outstanding in providing customer servuce to us. She took the time to help us book all our excursions and gave good reccomends of the area. She also arranged for us to get a taxi at 4am to catch our flight in the esrly morning. Try the restauarant at the hotel the food was some of the best we had in Sorrento! The location is about a 35 minute walk to the center of Sorrento but we found so many other local restaurants for a lower cost in Pianno di Sorento which is the area the hotel is located in. We would come back again just for the hospitality!

We booked the triple room, a penthouse on the top floor. Its very spacious plus an oversized rooftop terrace, with nice moutain view and city view. Price reasonable and competitive. Breakfast included. Wifi strong. Across the front street there is a supermarket where you can get prrety much evrything a tourist may need. This property is very suitable for parking a car if you visit Rorrento by driving a car. The front desk servicw agent Erica is a very nice person, she speaks English very well and very experienced with helping international tourists to find the best sightseeing tours, we booked two of them thru her, 100% satisfaction, and she is from Sorrento we can tell how deeply she lives her hometown Sorrento, and she works hard and passionately to help visitors. When we departure to bus stop for Napoli airport, she even helped us carrying our luggage all the way to the bus stop several hundred meteres away. She and the cleanung lady were both very eager to help us to bring our luggage up to our room when we check in, and down to the ground floor when we check out. We strongly, 5 of 5 star, recommend to stay here at this property for touring Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi coast, Pompii, and local shoooing streets.

This hotel was fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. Nothing was too much. Breakfast offered as part of t he package was also very good. Position of the hotel was great. Close to everything, easpecially Sorrento central. We will stay here again if ever we go back to Sorrento.

Clean & comfortable with efficient daily room cleaning. Lovely restaurant for breakfast provided, we also had dinner there - good meal! Location - 40 mins walk to town or 10-min bus ride (can become 30 mins if morning jam). Enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely fantastic and friendly staff.

There were five of us, three adults and two children and we had the two rooms on the first floor they were lovely clean and spacious with big comfortable beds. Although the location is situated on a busy main road it was still quite restful and the hotel very handy for travelling into Sorrento and surrounding towns and places of interest.

'Piano' with the keys to happiness !!

We were in Italy for my godson's wedding , wanted to stay a little out of 'busy' Sorrento and could not possibly have chosen a better location than Piano Di Sorrento. Starting with Il Palmento Relais , a very small 'boutique' Hotel with homely charm, great 'in-room' facilities, lovely grounds and setting, superb on-site restaurant and unbelievably helpful and friendly staff ! Emilia and Lucia could not possibly have done enough to help us, make us feel welcome and safe and to make our stay there so memorable ! There is so much to do in Piano itself, without the requirement to go into Sorrento ! There are plenty great shops, restaurants and bars, wonderful clean streets, side-streets and squares. We enjoyed walking around just off the busy main street - the ' Corso Italia' and taking in the numerous opportunities to shop, eat or just sit and relax ! There is a regular bus service into and returning from Sorrento - around every twenty minutes from the small square which sits only five minutes at the bottom of the street from the Hotel Relais. Tickets at 1.5 euros per trip can be bought from the small bar opposite the bus stop in the square. Remember to validate then on board the bus using the ticket machine on the bus itself ! N.B. AVOID using taxis unless you absolutely must or are a recent lottery winner ! They are very expensive - around 20 euros per kilometre ! We had a truly wonderful experience, a very comfortable stay and a most relaxing break ! 'Play it again Sam !
