For shared use: park (fenced), large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 650 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 650 m, railway station "Como" 47 km, pebble beach "Pianello" 800 m, grass beach "Dongo" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km.
