I wish my voice to be heard by Vinpearl Resort&Spa owners, but anyway, doesn’t matter, since I never going there again. Anything they were able to screw up - they did. Terrible management, the only things they were not able to fail is the sea, beautiful water, mild and soft. First - is an Expedia issue as well - the lie about room size - my Junior suite was written to be 86 square meters size - is barely reached 30. Room was not clean, the room carpet full of spots, and dust, room furniture are old and scratched, room sofa - dirty, asked to change the room - no joy, hotel was fully booked. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner - another story. If you not attending it at the very beginning - any time you enter there - no clean tables available, you have to ask turtle moving staff to clean it, it were looking like cheap canteen offering street food. Also food itself, by the middle of the meal time half of the food are not available at the buffet, you have to ask them to bring some. I spoke to duty manager about floor condition, full of spots and food remains - the hotel staff don’t wash it between meal services, they wash it overnight only. Another issue are the sunbeds at the pool and beach site - Vinpearl invited full hotel of guests…so many, but the amount of sunbeds maybe 50 only..regardless a lot of space available between to install additional .so,,,,once you haven’t been found any you are along under direct sun rays. Is it 5 star resort ? What are you taking about, it’s the hell.
