I am giving two stars for service, but this resort was by far the worst experience I had during my entire trip to Vietnam. I had to call Expedia for help in the middle of the night due to ongoing issues. Novotel Resort feels more like a roadside motel than a 4- or 5-star hotel. The amenities are outdated and poorly maintained. My room was moldy and filled with mosquitoes, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. As a bilingual guest, it was frustrating to stand there listening to foreign guests complain while staff simply ignored them because they could not accommodate basic requests, such as providing enough towels. The most annoying issue was the internet connection—you would be lucky if it worked for more than one minute at a time. Novotel Hotel & Resort seriously needs to upgrade its facilities. Otherwise, it should reconsider its name and star rating.

The aircon is not enough the fan doesn’t work, it was always humid in the room. no ammenities provided without calling for service. There is a light in the garden directed directly to the bathroom window and it’s always bright in the night. This is one of the worst experiences in Novotel I had after staying in so many places and countries and also being a member of IHG hotels

Very much style over substance. All pools were freezing cold, not enough sunbeds, beach could be better maintained and utilized like the Sonasea Beach bar which I would prefer. The bar staff and pool bar staff were very friendly and attentive but the reception were surly and almost rude on check in and never friendly when asking them anything, was like a chore. Also at breakfast they cleared my plates 5 times when it was evident it hadn’t been left and I’d just gone to get food, I left my cap and other items but they still cleared and threw away food that was not perfectly fine and tea I’d just made, so was annoying. They upgraded me to a room with a huge bed but for 1 person it was impractical and not required, if their level of English was better it may not be an issue but it was lacking. Overall disappointed by the place

We booked a room for 3 people but when we arrived the room had only 2 twin beds. The people at reception were not very helpful.the hotel seemed nice but the options are limited and required transportation to go to other places. The beach was not very well, we found a lot of garbage on the beach and the water was not very clean so we opted to get a car to go to other beaches around the island that were transparent and clean. Unfortunately I would choose this hotel again. On the positive side, the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

The place is nice look like Bali everything is good just the WiFi in the hotel room are very bad.
