The house and yard are pet friendly. There is a Doggie Door located off the dining area just off the kitchen that accesses into a gated secure side yard pet run. Just across from the park, you'll find the start of a great paved walking and biking path stretching 1 mile alongside the nearby section of the lake. Midway along the path, or a short 1/2 mile drive from the Lakehouse you'll arrive at the nearest of several Dobson HOA Community Recreational Facilities. At this closest facility amongst other amenities you will find Tennis and Pickle ball, basketball, table tennis and both family and lap lane pool. THE POOLS are Seasonal and Not heated. In addition to the nearby, (approx. 1/2 mile), Dobson Golf and Country Club, local community course, there are several other golf courses available in the area.
You'll find that you are able to escape 'from it all', comfortably enjoying the lake, wonderful Sunsets and presence of wildlife, or quietly watching the "night roll-in" from the covered patios, yard or even from inside the house.
