The apartment was as pictured. Good communication, close to Old Town, Fashion Square, good hiking. The apartment was nice and clean and well stocked. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable due to the sagging in the middle but the pillows were great. The welcome basket was a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I wanted to be close to Old Town of Scottsdale so we could walk the majority of our vacation. This place was perfect! We were able to walk to and from the condo to multiple restaurants, shops, bars etc.! Becky, the owner, was wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had while staying. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay - everything was set perfect on are arrival. Clean sheets, nice full bath and having the full kitchen was a bonus. We stayed two full weeks and the onsite laundry was clean & tidy. the property was close walking to the mall, Old scottsdale, Camelback mountain and more. Very safe area. We had a great stay at this property. Quiet and felt safe while walking distance or a short Uber drive to restaurants and shops in Old Town. The pools were nice while a bit small. If one was busy and loud, it was only a short walk to a quieter one.

I was already here and my husband flew in a few days later and the early check in was perfect. Such a clean unit compared to other ones we have stayed here in. This property was literally home for the 10 days I was here. I walked in and it was exactly like the photos showed. I was so Comfortable, I felt very safe, I walked on the canal paths which were located near by. Communication was excellent with Rebecca. Not one negative thing to say.

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway from the ice & snow up north. The location is minutes from Old Town and easy to find. The unit was well equipped with dishes, wine glasses and a corkscrew. We enjoyed the fact that there was a step in shower ( vs a shower in a tub) and a good hair dryer. The host sent us excellent instructions on TV remote operation and suggestions on restaurants plus a nice selection of little snacks . I would rent this unit again.

We just left…. What an adorable place! And the location is amazing! Just across the street from Fashion Square Mall and a ten minute walk to Old Town shops, restaurants, bars etc. I’ll say the best part tho was our host. She sent out informative and detailed emails…. And responded quickly if I had a question. I highly recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed!

And to place a small ‘metal’ stand to hold soaps, shampoo, Razor, etc in the shower, otherwise, our bottles on the floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Scottsdale. The location is excellent. Right across from Scottsdale Fashion Square, you can actually walk through Dillard’s right into the mall, which was convenient.Walking to Old Town Scottsdale is doable, but far if you have mobility issues. After game SF Giants training game we took Ubers or local golf carts back. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the condo itself was quiet, comfortable, and safe. Place was very clean overall and the space was cozy and relaxing. The Keurig coffee maker was a big plus, and we appreciated being close to Sprouts and Walgreens for anything we needed. A few small suggestions that could make an already great stay even better:•The patio could use a quick rinse occasionally.•Sliding door tracks could use a quick clean and the slider squeaks a bit when opening.•The shower vent cover seemed a little loose and the grout looks a bit older (not dirty, just aging).•A clock in the living room and a spoon rest in the kitchen would be helpful little touches.The bathroom is quite small with limited counter space, so guests who travel with a lot of beauty or hair products may want to plan accordingly. A small vanity setup with stool. Additional guest-friendly ideas:•Complimentary bottled water upon arrival would be a really nice touch after traveling. Note where the dumpster is. Not a deal breaker! Loved it here! Comfortavle & clean.
