Disappointed. The backyard was a mess. The people who last stayed here were definitely partiers. Tiki’s were broken trash and clothes and other(yikes) things left. I told Steve and he did nothing about it. Also had repair men show up the first morning of our stay AFTER I had requested them to please wait until we were gone.

Great little place, smells like smoker

The place itself was great. Fun theme, nice outdoor space, heated pool, great water pressure, well stocked.We were immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The listing says there is no smoking allowed, but there are obvious signs of smoking on the property. Cigarette butts outside, and other signs inside that a long-term smoker has been living on the property.Turning on all the fans in the house and leaving the back sliders open helped. We spent as much time in the back yard as we could. Every time we walked back in we could smell it though.

Great place!

If you’re going to be staying in Phoenix this place is great! Pools nice. Fire pit and BBQ were good to go. The way everything is set up you get tons of privacy inside and out.

Best Stay Yet!!

This place was awesome, exactly as advertised and hands down the cleanest, most well stocked place I've ever stayed. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and clean, definitely felt safe there. The surrounding area though left a little to be desired but access to the highway to get to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, etc was just a few minutes away so not a huge deal. Overall, 10 out of 10 recommend, sadly I have too many places still on my bucket list to visit so likely won't be headed back anytime soon but will 100% recommend to anyone I meet traveling to Phoenix.

Mid-Century Resort

The house was perfectly set up and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The kids loved everything from the pull up bar in the garage to the Dino floatie!! Loved the decor and the ease of everything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Great Spot

Very well furnished and clean house. Had all the amenities you would need and was well stocked with cleaning/bathroom supplies. Appliances were all newer and easy to use. As mentioned bu previous reviewers, 80 degrees for the pool could be chilly if the sun wasnt out as it was the first 2 days of our stay, but the remainder of the trip was 75-80 degrees and sunny outside, so the pool temp was fine. The pool is a nice large size and was in full sun from 11am-4pm for us. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but 5 minutes from a grocery store and food options. Also provides easy access to main roads to explore the phoenix area. Owners were easy to contact and responsive to the couple questions we had. Would 100% recommend staying here with confidence.

Comfortable Getaway

Our stay at Tiki Velo was very pleasant. The house is in a quiet, convenient to various highways area and well equipped. We especially enjoyed having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The owner was very responsive and cooperative to our requests. The pool was heated but it was too cool for us to use it but the fire pit was a nice touch in the evening. All in all, a great time.

Terrific Place

We enjoyed just about everything during our stay here. Our only complaint would be that the pool was only set at 80 degrees. This would be our ideal setting when warm/hot outside. It was just a bit chilly for the 70 degree temp that we experienced for part of our stay.

Very comfortable and fun home-away-from-home!

The kitchen has almost everything you could wish for, so it was easy to cook in, and there's a huge dining room table that accommodated our family of 9. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings although it was a little too chilly to use the pool. The house was very clean (there are two crawling infants in our family, & we were still able to relax! The beds are very comfortable. Everything about it was nice.
