• The Walkway & Parking: Parking is strictly free street parking. Because this is the rear unit (Unit C) of a triplex, you will need to walk down a pathway past the front and middle units to reach your door. We highly recommend using rolling luggage!
• Desert Landscaping: The backyard space is optimized for yard games and features a natural dirt/desert landscape rather than manicured green grass.
• Shared Property Lines: Your indoor home and immediate backyard area are private, but the main walkway to access the property is shared with the other two units.
• One Bathroom: While the home accommodates up to 8 guests, please keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom to share when coordinating morning routines.
Guest Access:
• Entry: 100% Contactless Self Check-in via a secure keypad.
• Parking: Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the main property. Please do not park in the dirt driveway or block the other units.

• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
• No Parties: While this home is designed for fun, we strictly enforce a no-party rule out of respect for the neighboring units on the property. Quiet hours must be observed.
