Read BEFORE You Book
I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This is my real experience - no exaggerations. I have pictures to verify and will share.
1) The security bar in Room #2 they gave me was busted, not the bar itself, but the ball on the door. Someone unquestionably broke into this room. To their credit, they promptly moved me to a new room. However, this was the first time where I didn't feel safe.
2) Room #2 was VERY DIRTY, as were the hallways both days. I have pictures that show the levels of filth in the bathroom and bathtub; the air and return vents were AWFUL, blood appeared to be on the wall, the window sill had numerous dead flies, the floors were filthy, and it sounded like the vehicles were in the room.
3) VERY WORST ISSUE: When I pulled the sheets back to sit in the bed with no covers on so I could work, there was A WAD OF PUBIC HAIRS at the bottom of the sheets. I immediately contacted the company via text and sent them a picture. They responded and said they would share it with management. I responded that I wasn't asking them for anything in return, but I would review this.
4) VOMIT: When I left, there was vomit in the parking space next to me that wasn't there the night before at 9 PM. It was the most fitting conclusion to this stay.
THE POSITIVE
1) Booking was simple
2) Communication was good
3) Check-in was efficient
4) Location was excellent
5) Description on VRBO was mostly accurate
6) The young lady at the desk was nice
7) They did respond to texts
