Great location on the northwest side of the Phoenix metro. We hiked at nearby Thunderhead Conservatory trails almost every day. The pool area was amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice. My only caution is the pool has a nice baja shelf but other than that is very deep so it may not be great for littles or those not comfortable in the water.

Fantastic home and location!

Great house, very clean and comfortable, many amenitiies and close to a few nice spots to eat (less than 10 min), food store and not far from mall area. We didn't use the pool b/c of the weather, but it looks amazing. This is a fantastic home and location, that we'll definitelyi try to come back to in the future

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. The teens loved the pool and hot tub. We had a 5lb yorkie that enjoyed running around the large yard. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely rent this home again.

The house was exactly if not better than shown on the pictures. We had our adult kids with us and everyone truly enjoyed it. Grocery stores nearby and hiking trails within walking distance. The house has everything you can possibly need. Brandi was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We are most definitely returning!

This is our 17th home rental with 0 negative reviews. This one was tougher for us. The pool and hot tub were very dirty(disgustingly), so dirty the hot tub would not heat. We paid for a heated pool. We advised Brandi upon arrival, but nothing happened. We had to have a kitchen sink repaired in order to use it. One of the toilets was broken, and could not be used. In general everywhere we turned things were broken or dirty. We did not get what we paid for.

Make the best of it!

The property was very nice, however, very frustrating and disappointing that the property was not ready by check in and patio had missing, stained, and broken furniture, which we found we just had to live with. Also, had to contact management for pool/patio lighting.

We visited Arizona and this home was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the backyard and pool. The home had everything we needed. After we booked it, we were informed that the pool would likely need to be heated, otherwise, it would be too cold to swim. The extra cost to heat the pool was well worth it because the kids swam day and night. The location of the home was convenient. There are mulitple restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The backyard has excellent privacy. You can walk to the end of the street to access hiking trails. It is easy to get around Glendale, Phoenix and Scottsdale. The property management people were extremely responsive and ensured we had everything needed for our stay!
