Very clean and chic home with new furnishings and hotel like amenities. Attention was paid to every detail. Stylish yet comfortable. Although the lake is not swimmable, Explore the lake by paddle boat, kayaks or choose to stay on land and enjoy the neighborhood with my bicycles. Relax and unwind while sitting lakeside and viewing the water fountains day to night from the house, on the dock, on the patio or in the backyard. A small plastic pool or an inflatable pool is available to cool off for the little ones. Adjacent to Thunderbird Preserve for hiking and across the street from a very exclusive neighborhood park offering volleyball, basketball, a playground and picnic areas. Blocks away from the top of the 101 allows easy access to everything!! Tons of dining and shopping close by (including grocery stores!) 27 minutes from the airport. Close proximity to all Spring Training, Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, all the golf courses you can play, minutes from the Hurricane Harbor Phoenix water park. close to Glendale State Farm Stadium, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Surprise Sports Complex, Surprise Stadium, Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, Gila River Arena, top golf, indoor entertainment centers, Mayo Clinic close by. 2 Blocks to Midwestern University and close to University of Phoenix, ASU west campus and GCU. The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. Everything was clean and the kitchen is stocked and labeled with many accessories, spices, coffee, condiments and so much more! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This home wants for nothing

Hidden gem in Glendale

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home in Glendale. The home was immaculate, toys plentiful and the location on the water was an added bonus. Mary checked on us several times in order to make certain we were happy. We will return as soon as the property is available! It was perfect for us.

Definitely worth staying here over a hotel. Home was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all her games, bikes and boats. The playground nearby was also a treat, especially for our dog. I was skeptical of all the 10 ratings but for this place the reviews are accurate.

Great Expectations

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Awesome stay in Phoenix!

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful lakefront home!! The host is super sweet and made our welcoming to the home very comfortable and inviting. Caught so many fish and absolutely loved sitting on the dock and enjoying the mountain views with the awesome sunset!!!! Had a blast, the home is breath taking and has everything you need. We will definitely use the house again in the future.
