Very nice

We enjoyed the stay. It was beautiful, private, and quiet. The check in was a bit confusing because the text message did not mention the gate code (but we finally figured it out). Response time from messaging was not helpful. We would return! It was a lovely property

Stay in Tempe

The house was as advertised and worked out great for our stay. No issues came up during our stay. Unfortunately the water in the pool was too cold to use but we enjoyed the use of the yard and the grill. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walking around the area.

Convenient location

Older home with character. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. This was important for us. We enjoyed sitting outside beside the pool in the evenings. We liked having use of the garage.

Perfect stay in Tempe

We had a great 8 day stay in this lovely house in Tempe. We spent a lot of time with our daughter who lives nearby and I cooked just about every day for her. The kitchen had everything I needed and we appreciate all the extras like spices and coffee. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and we loved the privacy of the walled yard. Great stay, great house, nice neighborhood and no complaints at all.

The house was very nice. They only negative was the pool was not in working order. The property manager was also confused on if we where staying at the house. Know you're always being watched ! My daughter in law stopped by on a walk with their dogs to get cooler top and got a phone call asking if we had dogs staying ! They were outside for less than 5 min yard on leashes with her.

Lovely Arizona Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and well-kept. Pool was nice, and we enjoyed that there was a portion of covered outdoor area. All in all, great stay and no complaints!

Better than expected

Stayed at this house for a family getaway. It had great reviews and a pool which was a must, so we gave it a shot. It exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect size house for our family of four. The location was great and within 10 minutes of a variety of stores and restaurants. The layout was perfect and the den area included a variety of games, including a gaming system hooked up to the TV with old school Nintendo games, which was enjoyed by the entire family. The kitchen included most everything necessary to cook all meals, and the washer and dryer located in the garage was convenient. Being able to park in the garage and have an opener to use during the stay was a bonus. The pool area was private and offered an area to relax in the sun or under cover, as well as a table available to eat outdoor meals. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Minor flaws

This house was every bit as cute as it looks online! The pool is perfect, my friends and I used it like every morning and night during our stay. The house was very clean and tidy. My only criticisms are the dryer and the A/C. The dryer and washer are in the garage. When we would put clothes in the dryer, they would only get like half way dry, and then if we didn’t take them out, they would start to smell like mildew. The temp in the house was set to like 74 degrees F the whole time, which honestly felt fine in the living room and kitchen area, but the bedrooms were so hot, and we would all wake up sweating in the middle of the night. We figured out that if we left the bedroom doors open over night, it would help a little, but it was still pretty warm. It would have been helpful to at least have a fan we could use for noise and for air circulation, but we couldn’t find one anywhere. Highly recommend bringing a fan if you can. And maybe just hang drying your clothes if you’re going to leave the house after starting the dryer. Overall it was a really cute and nice house that felt very private due to the concrete wall/fence around the property.

Wonderful get-away

Wonderful place to spend a family vacation!! Perfect home inside and out for family oriented entertainment. We spent many hours outside sitting on the patio and playing in the pool. The kitchen was definitely put to great use for cooking family meals. Game room was utilized to play video games provided, board games etc. In the evening, we spent watching television in the living room. Will definitely be returning in the near future!!

Nice property but needs work

House charming and clean. Very comfortable. Pool is meh. Had to dive in and hook up vacuum when we arrived, no operating light for night swim, and crab grass grown into pool. Appears gardener not there to pick up outdoor areas or mow for weeks. Door with lock box open and pool area unsecured when we arrived. Any kid could have wandered in front gate and drowned. I called to report and email and never got any communication back. So I feel forced to report in review as Vacasa did nothing to make things right.

The best private oasis!

My family and I live local and wanted to have a couple of days to relax and enjoy a great pool! This house was absolutely perfect! It’s perfectly clean, maintained and everything you’ll need to enjoy yourselves! We will be staying again!

Perfect Arizona hideaway

This place was perfect for our family of 4! All of the spaces were even better in person than they looked online. The house has such a charm to it and the outdoor space was incredible. It was very private and quiet (besides all of the lovely birds). We truly had the best time!
