This very new gated community has many amenities. 2 large pools one always heated, 2 hot tubs, large exercise facility with showers, 2 children's play areas and a club house, close to the freeway but not too close. It has both a small back yard/ patio with table, chairs and BBQ grill and a 2nd story patio. You will enjoy the 2 car attached garage. Three Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with master bedroom having it's own bathroom. Living spaces all have ceiling fans and 9 and 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen has Granite counter tops, filtered water at the refrigerator with ice / water and a dishwasher.

Great Stay near Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay in Mesa AZ. The home was clean, comfortable and a wonderful location to Phoenix. Communication with host was easy and we could always reach them if needed. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay here in the future.

My Stay

This property was wonderful. It was 100% as described in the listing. Zero problems! This was a business trip for me and I was there for almost 2 months. The only thing I needed to bring was food and clothes, though I brought all of my own stuff. I did not eat at a restaurant 1 time while in Phoenix, I cooked for myself at the condo :-). The host was very helpful if and when needed. I highly recommend this property for a great place to stay.

Home away from home

We had a great experience at this Mesa townhouse! We loved all the space for our family to spread out over our week long stay. The pools & hot tub were great & within easy walking distance. The location was great to get on the highway and had plenty of things to do close by. The host was in constant contact with us. They were checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and responding quickly to any requests I had. Tom also did the nicest thing- I ask if they happened to have a soccer ball as my kids always have a soccer ball at their feet but we were flying and he ordered a soccer ball that was delivered to our address for the stay! Above and beyond! We would definitely recommend & stay here again! Thanks for a great Spring Break vacation!

Great property

This property was perfect for me, my husband, 19 and 16 yr old. We enjoyed restaurants (check out Organ Pizza!) and shopping all close by. We did some hiking and also drove to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The owner was great with communication. I loved that they supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, laundry detergent and even shampoo and body wash. The tv had netflix. We used the pool and hot tub often and were even invited to partake in a bbq at the clubhouse. Other residents were very nice.

Host was great, property was great. Neighbors had their electric meter pulled by the city and there was razor wire on the perimeter fence in multiple locations. Pool was only heated for half the stay.
