The Space

Modern, open, and designed with groups in mind, this fully renovated home pairs polished interiors with a private half-acre setting and a backyard made for enjoying Arizona year-round. Three queen bedrooms in the main house plus a detached bunk-bed casita give families and groups flexible sleeping arrangements without sacrificing space to gather.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

The home offers four separate sleeping spaces:
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Detached Casita: Two bunk beds with four twin beds total and a private half bathroom

The detached backyard casita is a compact, functional sleeping space that works especially well for kids, teens, or extra guests. It does not include a shower or separate living area, so it’s best suited as a comfortable place to sleep after a day of swimming and exploring Scottsdale.

The main house includes a private en-suite bathroom off the primary bedroom along with a shared full bathroom.

There is also an additional half bathroom accessed from the back patio, making it especially convenient while enjoying the pool and outdoor spaces.

The detached casita has its own half bathroom, but does not have a shower.

The bright, open-concept living and dining areas make it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. Brand-new flooring and modern finishes give the home a fresh, comfortable feel while the open layout keeps everyone connected.

At the center of the private backyard is an expansive 44' × 22' pool paired with an oversized 10' × 10' jacuzzi spa. Better yet, the pool is designed for Arizona year-round—heated during cooler stays and equipped with a pool chiller in summer to help maintain a refreshing temperature of approximately 84°F, even during the hottest months.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the main home, detached casita, backyard, covered patio, pool and spa, putting green, outdoor games, laundry, Wi-Fi, and available guest parking.

There are no shared living or outdoor spaces during your stay.
Self check-in is available via smart lock or keypad.

Pool Heating: Optional pool heating is available for $100 per night, with a $200 minimum per reservation.

Please note that the detached casita is intended primarily as additional sleeping space. It has two bunk beds and a half bathroom but does not include a shower or separate living area.
