### **Rare Multimillion-Dollar Private Resort Estate | Purpose-Built Luxury Home | Sleeps 2-42 | Pool • Spa • Pickleball • Basketball**

Welcome to **The Ultimate Estate by ScottsdaleStays**—one of Scottsdale's premier luxury private resort estates and one of the few purpose-built homes specifically designed for large-group vacations.

Unlike many Scottsdale vacation rentals that are 30- to 40-year-old homes that have been remodeled, **The Ultimate Estate was built by ScottsdaleStays just four years ago** specifically for today's luxury traveler. Featuring soaring **14-foot ceilings**, **8-foot solid-core doors**, oversized bedrooms, expansive bathrooms, and wide-open entertaining spaces, this estate delivers a level of comfort, quality, and spaciousness rarely found in traditional vacation rentals.

Situated on a private **28,000-square-foot resort estate**, this multimillion-dollar property was intentionally designed for bachelor and bachelorette trips, golf groups, executive retreats, sports teams, wedding weekends, family reunions, corporate retreats, and large celebration travel.

Instead of separating your group across multiple hotel rooms, everyone stays together in one spectacular private resort estate—often for a nightly cost comparable to reserving only a handful of upscale resort hotel rooms—while enjoying dramatically more space, privacy, entertainment, and value.
