Fantastic location, with a nice property that is exactly as described. Kitchen is well-stocked, backyard is lovely, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. As clearly noted in the listing, the pool isn’t heated, so keep that in mind for shoulder season in Arizona.Would recommend!

The house was in the perfect location with so much to see and do within 10-15 minutes of the house. Jan was very kind and responsive to our questions. The outside area had so much space to be able to relax and hang out. The inside was also very spacious and also gorgeous!

Stayed here for a girls 60th Birthday weekend, so much room for 5 people. Jan was the greatest host, so friendly and welcoming. Very clean and spacious. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Pool in backyard is big and a lot of chairs/ lounge space. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 4 loved this property. It was very clean and spacious. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Large family room for us all to hang out in. The backyard was wonderful. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner left us a welcome basket of goodies, which was so nice. The owner was always an available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Family Vacation

We spent 7 days at this house, and had Easter there with our two kids, 3 and 6. This place was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The check-in was easy, and absolutely everything we needed and more was there for us. We had tons of space in the house, and outside for our kids to play. The pool and backyard are spacious and visually appealing. The host left a basket of goodies, and has a beautiful place! It was a close drive to Old Town Scottsdale, and other amenities. It was a fantastic choice and vacation.

This was the perfect rental for us three friends visiting Phoenix for spring training. It is every bit as good if not better than the listing pictures make it look. The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and well appointed for sleep, visiting and dining. The parking was super convenient and easy. Instructions and access were completely clear and easy. It’s in a great neighborhood and the location is very convenient to both Old Town and freeway. I sure hope it’s available for spring training next year! Thank you very much.

This house is perfect for any age group! All of us had a marvelous time! Besides the pool, there were games, ping pong, my grandsons were astonished that there was even a tv outside that they could watch!! So many places to sit and visit, a grill and covered patio too! Jan had so many thoughtful touches…there was literally nothing she didn’t have available for us to use! Jan shared her house and made it feel like our home!! If there were TEN stars, I would have given this all ten stars!

This house was everything that it claimed to be and so much more! There were so many areas to sit together and enjoy the family, inside and out, for sun lovers as well as shade seekers or those needing AC relief! What the pictures don’t show is that anything you could want or need is available inside. One could probably make a Thanksgiving meal with all the different sorts of kitchen ware. There were games and ping pong. Jan does everything possible to turn her house into your home for the week!
