In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long.

The room was spacious and the hotel itself had very good amenities - a nice pool with loungers and seating, a lovely rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was good. Great staff. Very nice rooftop pool with a gozy bar/restaurant. Corridors very rugged, almost jail style :) ... rooms have space but no character! Only lux was the fancy airport taxis!
