I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily because of the front desk staff. The ladies working the front desk were extremely rude and inconsiderate throughout my stay. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they came across as aggressive and dismissive whenever I asked a simple question. Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I felt like my concerns were brushed off and that I was treated more like an inconvenience than a guest. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because the attitude and behavior of the front desk staff made what could have been a pleasant stay very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

They asked for a $100 cash deposit, which was not stated anywhere in the reservation. I have also never experienced a “cash only” deposit. Room was clean, but bed was so uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

The room was less then I expected. The people working the property were amazing and very friendly. The 3 is bc the tv did not work the first day or evening and when is was adjusted it failed to bring any channels.

The beds were old spring beds, they had no hot water in the showers, and wifi is SLOW. I seen a little stove in the pictures but no stove in my room. The staff is great and walking distance from a couple of restaurants also fast food restaurants too. Super close to two grocery stores within walking distance. I most likely wouldn't stay here unless it's my only option but I guess you get what you pay for here.

The staff was polite, they always had a willingness to help whenever I asked for help. The room was clean. Stuff was just really old and dated. My iron in board was not working, they found me another one. I would stay there again because I was hardly there.

Staff was courteous. Room was larger than I expected and I was pleased that there was a stocked kitchenette. The location is actually Cul-de-Sac which is a bit outside Philipsburg, but nevertheless was about a 20-minute ride to the airport on Saturday. The Property is in a town center and surrounded by eateries and a wholesale club. For good food check out Taste of Jamaica, less than ten (10) minutes from the Property, on the same side of the road- I had oxtail, stew chicken and gungo rice and peas. I can't tell you how good that meal was.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was cleaned every other day. We got fresh towels and mini shower gels/body lotions often. Staff was helpful. We didn't mind the location but it is in the middle of a busy industrial hub. No coffee shops. But there is a Carrefour and a CostULess which was convenient. All together we were impressed and definetly reccomend the place.
