I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily because of the front desk staff. The ladies working the front desk were extremely rude and inconsiderate throughout my stay. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they came across as aggressive and dismissive whenever I asked a simple question.
Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I felt like my concerns were brushed off and that I was treated more like an inconvenience than a guest.
I truly hope management addresses this issue, because the attitude and behavior of the front desk staff made what could have been a pleasant stay very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
