For the most part, I enjoyed my stay; however, the restaurant, Pureocean was horrible. The service was very poor, the staff was not attentive. The staff had an attitude, were very unhelpful. I almost felt like we were racially profiled. We are white, if you were not white the staff was all over you, but they basically ignored us. We constantly had to find someone to help us. The evening food was terrible. The only butter was garlic butter; however there were whole cloves of garlic. The only good meal there was breakfast. We had ants in our room.

The room was clean and the property well kept. The beach was excellent and service on the beach setting up the chairs and umbrellas was excellent. Only one towel per person was ridiculous. Its an all-inclusive. The all-inclusive was not worth the money. When I purchased the vacation, they only had one level of all-inclusive. When I got to the property, they had two levels. The Pure Ocean restaurant was mediocre at best. We ate out most nights. Gizmo and Slice were pretty good. Drinks were terrible. The concierge was terrible. Only interested in selling us a time share. She didn't have a list of restaurants on the island. We asked for restaurants in Marigot and she said she never goes there. We would return to the property without the all-inclusive.

The rooms were great, the all inclusive was as promised. Concierge was helpful getting us off resort entertainment like snorkeling with turtles and atv rides. Pricing on amenities not covered by all inclusive was reasonable. Resort staff was great with special requests.

We paid more to book a beachfront room. We did not receive beachfront rooms due to remodeling. We were not informed prior to arrival that there would be a change nor did we get any compensation for the change. The manager we spoke with was unconcerned about the change and made us feel like we should be glad we got a room with a view. The facility and other staff were nice. Food options were good. This review would have been 5 stars if we had received the room we booked or a refund in the difference of price.

The beach was nice, the rooms decent and overall amenities were fine. On the terrible side : a. The staff at the property were really bad, especially at the front office. If you don’t get into the timeshare presentation pitch, you are just ignored. Every small transaction was made to feel like a favor and everything was laborious. Most staff asked to be fighting with each other and in a bad mood. b. The food was below sub-par. Most items were just packaged foods being reheated and sold. Drinks were watered down. Only exception was the mix rooftop bar, which was good from all perspectives.

We stayed in a queen, 1 bedroom room. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had, which was shared by other guests, was TV reception is next to nothing. Make sure you have your streaming services passwords.

Kitchen was equipped. Balcony door screen fully detached. Visible leak on the roof and near the AC. Mold over the floor and walls in the bathroom TV only had four channels and fuzzy . Definitely is not a five star hotel

We had sort all inclusive but not all poor food selection, few times room was omitted notcleaned no towels Staff only few was nice and interacting with guests Balcony was good with harbour view No VIP treatment I had to remind them about 80$ credits so we used Lenore then have of it as it was to late Check out is at 10 am pickup at 1 pm so no lunch no drink unless you pay Check in poor not explained rushed then very annoying pushing for time share on arrival horrible Will never go back there.

I purchased this package specifically for the ocean view and full kitchen. We did not get an ocean view but a view of a road in front of us and some foliage and a building. Very disappointing. Had a patio to use but anyone going by on the road saw us, no privacy. No balcony as advertised, to see these amazing views. I asked the front desk and they said this is what you get. No view from inside the suite as windows small and had shutters. Kitchen was compact, but had everything to make a meal, but was very dark to see while making a meal. Only had a small under the counter light that got very hot while in use and did not illuminate very far plus the fridge blocked a portion if the window that would allow light in. More lighting in the kitchen is a must. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were good but again no views. The back of the suite had glass frosted blocks to allow some light but no view. The big major restaurant with cheaper meals called Seabreeze was closed for renovations. No shuttle into Philipsburg, either walk which we did or take a taxi. Also most restaurants in Philipsburg close by 5 pm.

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms was clean with amazing views. The resort was under construction. The on the grounds staff is very friendly and nice. The beach is great with umbrellas amd chairs for the guests. HOWEVER! The rest was very corporate and scammy. Upon arrival we got hussled over to the concierge desk for a parking pass and were held hostage as we were pressured into timeshare attendance and trips (super over priced The restaurants are VERY bad, at the grade of a microwave TV dinner but with high end prices (everything seems like its reheated/defrosted right before serving). The hotel is isolated so you must have a car to leave.
