The building, room/bed, pool/hot tub, and staff were all as expected or better. My only complaint is that 3 screaming kids monopolized the pool and hot tub after 8 p.m. when I just wanted to soak quietly after a long day at work. You could also use better lighting in the back parking lot and get an ice machine on each floor. Otherwise, my stay was great!

The staff was helpful, very friendly and professional. Room temperature was easy to regulate. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. we arrived earlier than the check-in time but the front desk was able to accommodate us and we were very appreciative. We would definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites again when visiting Fairmont, WV.

Check in was easy. Small nice clean room comfortable bed. Liked that there was a fridge, a microwave. Only one issue, the light over the mirror in our bathroom did not work. We only stayed for 1 night. The Breakfast we good.

The hotel room is very comfortable to stay with the family. The breakfast is also included with stay. They have some good breakfast options. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling solo or with family or for any other purpose.

We had the handicap accessible room for my dad that was in a wheelchair. It was very spacious. The bathroom was very helpful. The breakfast was very good for continental standards. The pool was a good size. Would definitely stay again!

In need an upgrade

The hot tub was cool & not any hotter than the pool & the jest barely worked. The inside lock to our door was broken & wouldn't have protected us if we needed it to. Overall the place felt run down (worn carpet, clanking elevator, etc.) & needed upgrades.

Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff was wonderful. I asked for extra towels and they were happy to supply me with whatever I asked for. Very clean and comfortable. Woman at front desk was very pleasant and friendly!
