We felt that the online property description of this place was definitely not accurate. The cabin is definitely big enough for a large group but the cleanliness was lacking. It was very musty smelling, the windows were full of spider webs, and there were mouse traps in the cupboards and kitchen drawers. The basement was cold and damp and musty smelling and is not a good place for sleeping. If you have any allergies or health issues i would not recommend staying here. The main bathroom left much to be desired as the tub had been repainted and the tile was cracked and had holes in it. There were no closets or dressers in the bedrooms and nowhere to hang or put your clothes. The kitchen was the only really well stocked room. The grounds were not kept up as pictured, the "store" was not stocked as promoted, though the lake and amenities were very nice. The first few days there was no firewood available as promised. After adjusting to the negatives, we did enjoy our time on the lake and made the best of it. The host tried to address the issues we brought up, though never showed to speak with us as she lived locally and could have. All in all, it was alot of money for a glorified camping experience which is not what we were originally believing this would be.
