Hotel review

Beds were uncomfortable. Beds were not made during the day. Rooms smelt like moisture. Holes in screens. I was given damp towels to use at the pool. Had to request a second queen sheet for bed as first one kept falling off.

The rooms were small , sinks did not drain well , when you use the hot,water in the shower, it made a high-pitched squeal ticks where everywhere outside they need to spray the area..I had to leave a day early Expedia contacted the facility and they denied a refund for the last day. ( spent over 2k ) I did try to speak with the property manager, but he was never available. Staff was good. The continental breakfast was nice. The pool area was nice. overall, I would give this hotel a three star and I won’t stay there again.

Good value, clean room

Overall decent. Neighboring room used jetted tub at 11 pm-12 midnight which would have been ok if, it hadn’t sounded like a jet engine in our room. Quiet time is not going to happen if neighboring room(s) use the tub late at night. Hotel staff did address at our request.

This place deserved five stars not because it was like the Ritz-Carlton, but rather because it delivered what it promised. The room was spacious and clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the price was reasonable; the breakfast was good; and the place was in a convenient location. If I was in that area again, or driving through it, I would certainly stay again.
