From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the panoramic ocean views and the infinity pool, which seems to melt into the horizon. Around the pool (3mx6m), which is alarmed and heated from May to October, you'll find deckchairs to relax on, while a pergola at the bottom of the garden provides a pleasant spot of shade to enjoy moments of calm and serenity overlooking the ocean. A brazier is available in the garden to prolong evenings outdoors, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for unforgettable moments under the stars.

The spacious veranda houses a large dining table, perfect for sharing meals while admiring the sunsets over the ocean, as well as a pretty lounge ideal for relaxing.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the first master suite (180x200cm high-quality bedding), a double dressing room, a television and a beautiful private shower room with walk-in shower. This large bedroom is blessed with views and access to a pretty, tropical, shaded patio.

The main room features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island ideal for preparing delicious dishes with sea views. The bright, welcoming lounge completes this refined living space, combining comfort and elegance with its large, cosy sofa and XXL television. A study area completes this beautiful living space, open to the outdoors.
The ground floor also has a spacious separate WC and a laundry room.

The tour continues upstairs, with a second master suite (bed 180x200cm), its dressing room, its own television and its private shower room, offering you a real space for rest and intimacy.

At the end of the hallway are two further bedrooms decorated with a refined taste for design and comfort, creating a soothing ambience. The 3rd bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed, which can also be split into two 90x200cm single beds, and a large storage cupboard. The 4th bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 160x200cm bed.
The top floor also has a separate WC and a separate bathroom with a large shower, large mirror and double washbasin.
