The hotel itself and rooms are very nice. However on my second day, there was no hot water at all and when this was reported to the front desk staff, the response was a very matter of fact "oh sorry about that, there must be a problem with the boilers"! It would also be good if the access to the gym was extended as I stayed here specifically to use it but was unable to get into it early in the morning or late in the evening :(

Pleasant stay

Air conditioning did not work. We required an extension lead as there was only one plug on side of bed and we needed two for sleep apnea machines. Check-in was lovely and service. Ample parking.

Very good hotel, great staff

The staff was very welcoming and friendly at check in. Also at checkout, they were very helpful with regards to my request to store my luggage and arrange for a taxi. The building itself is not the newest, but well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.
