Hotel staff were amazing however…hotel was extremely dated. Room I was assigned to had two queen beds and was on third floor.
I noticed while heading to my room ceilings were extremely low and 2nd and 3rd floor was open to main check in desk and Ajoining King Arthur pub.
Upon entering my room immediately noticed it had a joining room which had no insulation as I could clearly hear the guest next door as if they were sitting on my bed .
After settling in room for my early start in the morning I very quickly became aware of a smell of different foods as if the vent from the kitchen were being release into my room and hallways.
I am not sure how this hotel had a 9 out of 10 with dated rooms, and smells . Bathroom had no hair conditioner so bathroom was ill prepared for guests to prepare for their day however water pressure was incredible lack of attention to bathroom products was frustrating as it was early morning (5 Am). I struggle to write this review but had someone mentioned these concerns I may have a) lowered my expectations or B) gone elsewhere for the night . This was not priced as a budget hotel but a hotel that was over $260.00 per night Sorry but this is an honest review
