Surrounded by the nature of the Val Pedogna, near the natural park of the Alpi Apuane, in a secluded and quiet position, the Residence “Ai Sorbi” is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The entire property has been recently renovated and equipped with elegant furniture, with the typical Tuscan architecture mixed up with a modern style. The owner Andrea Salvetti is an artist who built this home with the help of some of the best designers (E.Sottsass, G.Pesce,A.Ciffo etc.). Moreover, the position of the house is really perfect, since it is surrounded by the nature of a valley but 22 km away from Lucca and 35 km away from the sea. You can easily reach the Garfagnana, with its typical products (porcino mushrooms, chestnuts flour and hulled wheat), as well as Pisa, Florence, Siena and other Tuscan destinations. The stone swimming pool is 13x6 m and you can get to the property through 500 m of a paved road.

Fabulous property. Beautiful gardens. Wonderful outdoor cooking and dining area. Quiet and surrounded by nature...loved it...would love to come back again. Easy distance from pisa, lucca and florence. Plus moutains and beach.

A lovely comfortable villa in the Tuscan hills filled with birdsong. Super pool and possibility to walk along an old track through the trees. 40 mins to wonderful town of Lucca. Local restaurants. Small to medium car essential. Very peaceful and beautiful views.

Perfect property under the Tuscan Su

If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience this property is for you . Limited cell service but wifi is great. The property is beautiful. The host was very helpful. Do not arrive in the dark as it is a bit hard to find and the roads up are challenging. But definitely worth it. Bring your groceries to avoid the up and down. You will love the view !

This is a lovely property in some lovely countryside. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Tuscany in stunning scenery. The house is really nicely decorated and outside is fantastic including a great pool. You are immersed in nature (birds, cicadas, even deer...) but not so far from shops, ice cream, cafes, and a short trip to Lucca.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Serore! Die Lage ist traumhaft – direkt in den Bergen oberhalb von Lucca, mit herrlicher Aussicht und absoluter Ruhe. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen und Erfrischen ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia war jederzeit unkompliziert und äußerst hilfreich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können Serore uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir sind dort als Familie mit zwei Kindern angereist. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet. Patrizia und ihre Freundin, die im Nachbarhaus wohnt, waren sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und die Liegen perfekt. Man hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter. Kleines Paradies in der Toskana

Tolles Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage oberhalb von Lucca. Die Anfahrt ist nicht ganz einfach, dafür findet man ein kleines Paradies: gepflegter Pool, alles Gemäuer mit moderner Einrichtung, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect accommodation to relax in the nature!

We njoyed it so intensely the house is perfect and has got everything you need. It is far much better than on the photo’s. With 4 adults there is enough space also sit somewhere else and have a moment of private space. The area outside with the table is a real good place to njoy lunch, dinner and to play games. We have seen a lot of wild life as well. The swimming pool is great also the sit and lay down. We had the privilege that the other house was not rented. But even if it was you have more than enough privacy. The garden is well maintained. Patrizia is a great host. The house has more than a personal though and it a beautiful that all the art is made with love and passion.

Perfekter Ort um abzuschalten

Ein Toskana-Urlaub wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Wunderschönes Anwesen, mit einem tollen Ausblick ins Grüne, absoluter Ruhe und einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia ist überragend nett und sympathisch und hat uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub beschert.Geübtere Fahrerinnen und Fahrer werden sich mit der Anreise auf den Berg etwas wohler fühlen, aber die Straße ist befestigt und man kommt gut rauf und runter – auch, weil die Straße kaum befahren ist. Für das tolle Anwesen lohnt es sich in jedem Fall! Die Küche in der Unterkunft „Castagno“ verfügt inzwischen über eine schöne große und neue Küche. Als wir gebucht haben, war das auf den Bildern noch gar nicht zu sehen und entsprechend eine tolle Überraschung. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Es war genauso, wie ich mir die Toskana vorgestellt habe und der freundliche Kontakt mit Patrizia und den Nachbarn war dann noch das i-Tüpfelchen

Urlaub in der Toskana

Bis auf den sehr steilen anfahrtsweg (nicht wirklich für van‘s geeignet) war es ein schöner Ort um mal wirklich Ruhe zu finden, die Kommunikation mit patrizia war tadellos, die Nachbarn extrem nett und in allen Belangen die besten Nachbarn, solche Menschen wünscht man sich in Deutschland auch mal.

Ruhe mit Blick ins Grüne

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Wir waren 14 Tage hier. Das Wetter hat leider nicht ganz mitgespielt (Mitte/Ende September). Daher konnten wir den Pool lediglich an einem Tag nutzen. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, der mit der Anwohnerfamilie (Eltern mit einem Kleinkind) und den Besuchern der zweiten Unterkunft geteilt wird. Der Garten ist aber so gestaltet, dass jeder seinen eigenen privaten Bereich hat. Die Unterkunft bietet soweit alles was man braucht. Eine Spülmaschine oder einen TV sucht man vergebens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man kommt aber durchaus zurecht und alles funktionierte. Insgesamt eine schöne Location mit viel Ruhe.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Toskana

Ein Urlaub für alle die absolute Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Wunderschöne Aussicht, typisches mediterranes aber sauberes Haus, mit Privatbereich zum gepflegten Pool. Lucca ist in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und erfüllt jeden noch so kleinen Wunsch. Vielen lieben Dank für die Möglichkeit diese tolle Unterkunft zu nutzen! Ein Urlaub für alle die absolute Ruhe suchen. Wunderschöne Aussicht, Privatbereich am großen Salzwasserpool, schönes, kühles Haus, super nette Gastgeberin. Lucca ist in ca. 25 min gut erreichbar - sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus, alles ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll und die Aussicht ins Tal immerwieder schön. Patrizia ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
