This hilltop estate is nestled in a stunning landscape offering 360 views of the Umbrian countryside. Secluded yet still easily accessible, it is the perfect base for exploring the region’s most charming towns and wine regions. Levigne offers all the right ingredients for a perfect Italian holiday.
The space
Levigne includes two separate buildings- the original villa, which dates back to the 14th century, sleeping 12 and a spacious guesthouse sleeping 6. Guests can choose to rent the main house alone, or both the main and guest house for an additional fee of 78 Eur per person per night. To see the additional price to rent the full guesthouse, increase the booking to 18 people.
The main house contains 5 double bedrooms, and a children's room with spacious bunk beds. The main house has 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The main villa is divided into two residences, each with a kitchen, offering privacy for larger groups but also large and comfortable seating and dining areas suitable for the entire party to share.
The guest house contains 3 double bedrooms, one of the rooms can be configured as either a double or two singles. There is also a separate kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms.
