Very good accommodation but awkward location

At 3.5km south of Perugia, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort and helpful staff. There is a frequent affordable local bus to and from the city until 20.30. Self driving to the city and parking can be hard work. There is only one restaurant (Pizza) and one cafe/bar within walking distance of the hotel, with both providing good service and value. If neither suit, then you have to travel.

Great value

The hotel was clean and nice. It had free internet and free parking which is great when you are traveling by car. To our surprise, the item prices in the minibar were the same as in any store which was nice for a change. They have a quick pasta room service open 24 hours, we arrived hungry and tired so it was fantastic. The city center is about 10 minutes by car.

A good clean hotel

We booked this Hotel as the price was very reasonable. We found the Hotel to be clean and well presented.Its location is a little isolated, being about 3 miles from Perugia centre and a 17 Euro taxi fare !!! The facilities are limited, there is no pool, no resturant, a small bar that is manned by the reception staff. The Continental Breakfast was as good as I have had anywhere else. All in all very good value, and would use the Hotel again without hesitation

Motel Price - four star quality

Stayed here to be near to venue for family wedding. Immaculately clean with very attentive staff. No Restaurant, and none within walking distance, but plenty in Perugia 10 mins away. No garden or pool but in our case this did not matter - we only wanted a room and breakfast. Incredible value for money - would definately reccommend it.

Stadtzentrum ohne Auto schwer zu erreichen.

Mit dem Bus ist das Hotel vom Bahnhof schwer zu erreichen. Sonntags fährt kein Bus, es ist nur mit Taxi oder Auto die Stadt zu erreichen.

Lontano dal centro, comodo se hai la macchina. La zona è tranquilla, in mezzo al verde. Il sistema di areazione della stanza non ci ha garantito la temperatura necessaria a rendere il soggiorno gradevole. La colazione è nella media degli hotel a tre stelle.

Ottimo per chi è con l'auto

Hotel vicino al centro di Perugia (meno di 5 minuti in macchina da piazza Partigiani, da cui si possono prendere le scale mobili per il centro storico). Comodo parcheggio gratuito. Camere pulite ed abbastanza silenziose. Colazione dalle 7:30 alle 9:30 abbastanza varia (2 o 3 dolci diversi e cornetti) ma succhi di frutta e caffè dalle macchinette. Nel complesso eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Perfetto per chi viaggia in auto. E' distante dal centro e dispone di un ampio parcheggio, non è molto adatto a chi è a piedi perché non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono sufficientemente grandi per questa categoria, l'arredamento è semplice e gradevole il bagno con doccia è spazioso con rifiniture di buona qualità. La colazione a buffet è ottima con ampia scelta di dolci freschi e secchi, non propone salumi e formaggi come avviene in nord Europa. Per noi è stata una soluzione ottima.

In buona posizione

In buona posizione, in una zona tranquilla, a 2km dal centro di Perugia raggiungibile in auto o con una corsa d'autobus di 10min. Vicino alle reti di comunicazione è stata ottima base di partenza per esplorare varie località dell'Umbria. I proprietari sono attenti e disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi piccolo inconveniente ci si è presentato. Ottimo giudizio e ottimo prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Hotel pratique quand on a une voiture, car un parking dispo à 10 min du centre ville c'est bien. L'accueil est sympathique. Le chambre très agréable. Niveau repas, le soir l'hotel avait un petit resto à disposition avec menu fixe mais pas cher : mais je ne suis pas sure que cela soit toujours le cas, car nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un car de personnes agées. Je pense donc que cela était demandé par le groupe. Pour le petit déjeuner, juste ce qu'il faut (pas de trucs salé si je me souviens bien).

Hotel Tirrenus di Perugia. Personale squisito

Ottimo albergo. Si raggiunge il centro città facilmente con i mezzi pubblici o con la macchina parcheggiandola a Risorgimento. Il personale dell'albergo è gentilisssimo, nei tanti alberghi dove sono stato ospite difficilmente ho trovato una simile accoglienza. Veramente consigliato a tutti. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e ben pulite, Ottima la prima colazione.
