The property was close to my son's residence which was what I was seeking. It was clean, comfortable and close to shops, cafes etc. It also had a folder full of useful & local information.I would choose it again if it's available next time I travel to Perth.

Beautiful apartment - Super clean and well equipped. Sigrid was helpful, communicative and lovely to interact with. Excellent location with quick and easy bus into the city or to the airport and the area has amazing coffee shops for breakfast and lunch. Cannot wait to stay again.

Great, no fuss stay in a well equipped apartment. A 5 min walk from 7 cafes! Heaps of local resturants, brewery and wine bars. Short jog to the river and train station over the road. Lots of convenience for a well located Perth stay.

A Very Cosy Flat

4 on Whatley was very central to all the local shops, cafes and trains. If you love Asian foods, Coventry Markets has everything, Asian grocery stores and food stalls. Sigrid was very helpful and caring. The flat was cosy, quiet and clean. Coles supermarket was just a short walk away, alongside KFC, MacDonalds, Pizza and Fish & Chips.

Property is very well located within stones throw of the Maylands cafe / bar strip, also Maylands train station. However, the property was not very clean with the whole floor throughout very slimy. We did alot of tidying up and cleaning within our 7 day stay and we were still questioned about a pedstal fan that was broken before we arrived.
