Great location, close to major shopping centre Garden City. Quite location. Washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine available. Large oven, microwave, big fridge / freezer. Minimum 2 nights. Linen and towels provided. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of parking.

Great Location

This is a lovely house in a great location with the essentials for a comfortable stay in Perth. However I believe a misunderstanding with the cleaner may of occurred before my stay which left the house in not the cleanest condition, all of which is easily fixed. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Good stay very beautiful property and nice and spacious. The whole property is breath taking . A lot of positive things about it however, u must be prepared for constant texts from the owner as there is surveillance.

Nice roomy, comfortable accommodation. For cold weather stays, heating limited to a portable gas heater that can only be operated from open plan kitchen/living room. Therefore, upstairs gets quite chilly.

Big house in Melville was perfect in every way for our stay in Perth. Very well kept modern home with everything we needed.
