grounds. This amazing stone built villa with an array of traditional
features, including all modern conveniences, this makes it an ideal
place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. enjoying the Cyprus sunshine.
The villa is spread over 3 levels and has 5 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and 5
bathrooms. The swimming pool is 8m by 4m and has roman steps. The villa
is fully air conditioned.

sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,

a barbecue outside.

arrival, as there is an extra charge of 12 euros per night.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
