The rustic vibes of this holiday home envelop the whole family to make them live an unforgettable rural holiday in the countryside near Periana. The olive yards that surround the house extend as far as the eye can see, thus providing you and your beloved ones with a quiet and entirely private ambience.

The villa is distributed on a single floor, plus the rooftop terrace that overlooks the hills. The living area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a fireplace is the main room of the house. The dining-living room gives access to a bathroom with a bathtub and, on the other side, it opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms in the villa. One is provided with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower, whereas the other relies on two twin beds. An extra double bed is also available inside a separate room, which is ideal if two more guests want to stay at the villa. All the rooms are provided with radiators.

Outdoor, you will find a lovely porch, with an area for “al fresco” dining, surrounded by lush vegetation that provides shadow all around the villa. From the porch, an outdoor staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, ideal to rejoice in the gorgeous views of the hills that surround the house. In the backyard, you can make the most of the full privacy in the private pool, which is not overlooked thanks to the tall trees and lush vegetation that surrounds it. The cherry on the pie is the outdoor dining area, located in the shadow of an olive tree, which provides a pleasant ambience to have a drink or chat with your beloved ones. This is the perfect place to unwind as you've never done it before.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.

Toller Urlaub an einem abgelegenen Ort

Perfekte Lage der Anlage mit guter Ausstattung. Besonders empfehlenswert für Menschen, die Wert auf Ruhe legen.Der wunderschöne Olivengarten und das Schwimmbad entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Für Grillliebhaber gibt es eine gut vorbereitete Station mitten in der Natur. Eine fantastische Aussicht von der Route auf dem Dach

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen und zum Quartier gebracht. In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In dem schönen Garten mit Pool kann man sich neben den Ausflügen wunderbar erholen. Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist sagenhaft! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Urlaub in Periana

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit einem großen Garten und gepflegtem Pool, sowie tollen Grillplatz in einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, dem Trubel entfliehen will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Bei der ersten Anfahrt mit dem Navi zum Haus, sollte man unbedingt über Periana fahren und sich nicht vom Navi über unbefestigte Straßen leiten lassen! Vom Haus aus lassen sich mit dem Auto zahlreiche Ausflüge zu wunderbaren Stränden (der Näheste in Torre del Mar ca. 30 Min entfernt), Orten und Städten, wie Malaga, Nerja, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Tarifa (wunderbare große Sandstrände) Sevilla oder Ronda machen. Dabei muss man für eine Strecke mit Fahrzeiten von 1,5 Std. nach Granada (unbedingt die Alhambra, am besten mit Führung, besichtigen) bis zu 2,5 Std. nach Gribraltar oder Sevilla rechnen. Periana selbst ist mit dem Auto 10 Min vom Haus entfernt. Es ist eine liebe, gepflegte Kleinstadt mit einigen Lokalen, einer Apotheke und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. In den größeren Städten sind überall Supermärkte wie Lidl und Aldi zu finden. Nach den Ausflügen genießt man den Pool und den Garten! Da wir zwei Wochen waren, haben wir auch das einer oder andere Mal keinen Ausflug unternommen, oder Strandtag gemacht sondern nur das Haus mit Pool und Garten genossen. Es war ein wunderschöner unvergesslicher Urlaub!
