The hotel was under construction with workers vehicles and heavy equipment in guest parking areas. I was unable to reach expedia and was forced to stay in the construction zone inside and out. the experience was unacceptable! expedia/hotel should have noted that the inside and outside of the place in sunder construction. it was unacceptable for my elderly aunt and our security was compromised by outside doors being open and unattended.

The kitchenette room had NO cups, glasses, spoons, knives, forks,...nothing but did have two burners (one broken of course...right...), broken dishwasher, but did have a good large size refrigerator. No blanket for the bed. No maid service in the whole week I was there. I paid for the room through super.com which was $234 less than going through the hotel. I never saw a house cleaner/maid the entire week. I would stay again but I would bring the above missing items. (smile)
