On waterfront.Within a 5-minute walk of the vacation home, you'll find Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Praa Sands Beach. Also, Rinse Head Beach is within 2 miles (3 km) and Perranuthnoe Beach is within 6 miles (10 km).
Overlooking Praa Sands beach, locations really don't get any better than The Rockpool which is a two bedroom home. Great sea views, steps from the beach and no properties in front! WiFi, parking and outside space are also included. There is one ensuite and a family bathroom, open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Outside is a patio and garden space overlooking the beach and sea.
Enter the property into the hallway from just outside where you park. There is a king bedroom with ensuite to the right that has sea views and a further twin bedroom and a family bathroom off the hallway.
Follow through to the open plan living kitchen area where there are views from the kitchen, dining table and living area. Looking down the beach and out to sea. There is a woodburner (with a wood starter kit!), TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas and of course fantastic sea views.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances to make your holiday nice and easy.
From here there are patio doors that open wide onto a patio area with a BBQ and outdoor seating, again with great views and as it's South facing it's a good sun trap too.
To get to the beach walk 25m to the slipway and your there.
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the property.
Either ourselves or the owners Brad and Lindsay are often onsite on changeover days so we might meet you, if not there is a key safe which we provide details for so you can arrive at anytime from 3pm. We aim to leave you in peace during your stay but if you have any questions, recommendation or need any help we're always on the end of the line.
Praa Sands is a small friendly village on the South Coast of Cornwall with a popular beach for surfers, families and dog walkers. It's a long stretch of golden sands.
There is a popular bar/cafe very nearby that is good for Sunday roasts and sunset drinks. Then a few minutes walk away you have the Old Post Office cafe, who offer Cape & Cure's bacon and sausages along with other locally sourced produce. Sisu and Sandy Stores also adajcent and a few minutes walk to the other side the village.
The properties do have fairly easy access to the bus stop in Praa Sands which is about 50m away, there are buses to Penzance and Helston. We'd recommend a car if you want to explore though as there are so many great places to visit nearby.
