La reserva a través de la página fue muy rápida. No obstante, un mes después, llegué al alojamiento el día de la entrada y en la misma puerta me cancelaron la reserva. No puedo opinar del alojamiento porque no llegué a hacer el chekin. Quiero manifestar el problema con mi reserva y el perjuicio que me causó. Venía de un largo viaje y estaba en un país distinto al mío; en temporada alta y con todos los alojamientos ocupados. No sé dónde está el origen del problema pero estas cosas no pueden pasar
