I get very annoyed when i show up after paying for a hotel with a hot tub for a weekend away and the hot tub isnt working. It was barely warm and jets didnt work. I feel there needs to be a compensation given back or a credit of somw type. I planned thia weekend with my sister and wanted to show her the area. We both have aging achy miacles and was looking forwars to relaxing in the hot tub. I have frequented this particular Comfort Inn becauae od the nice hot tub so it was beyond disappointing Other than that rhe rooms are alwaya clean and confortable, the breakfast never disappoints

This hotel was exactly as expected. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the accessible shower was easy for my mom to use.. Breakfast was good, too!
