We had a great time at this property. We liked the pool and hot tub as well as the secluded backyard. There was a few things that needed to be fixed but otherwise it was nice.

Quiet neighborhood

We were in Pensacola for a wedding and found this property perfect for us. It was close to the venue and just a short drive to beaches. The home was clean, nicely furnished and the backyard pool area beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Cozy!

We enjoyed staying here so much! We came for the Blue Angel home coming show & didn’t stay on the beach bc my two young kids have a terrible skin reaction between the sand and the salt water. They loved “swimming” in the hot tub. Everything was clean and easy access. It’s located in an old family neighborhood and on Halloween everyone was out w their kiddos trick or treating or on golf carts. We loved the vibe! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Pensacola FL vacation.

The property was clean except for the carpet throughout the house. The cleaning company attempted to shampoo the carpet before we got there and it made the carpets in my opinion worse. Everything else about the house is great. Everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids spent hours swimming. The house was close to everything. So location is excellent.

Our Vacation

The place was beautiful, wish we could stay there forever! Hot tub is nice for us older people. The kids enjoyed the pool! Once we figured out the area, everything was convenient. We love that the house wasn’t too far from Peridido and the beaches down that way. We had some bad weather so we were in the house quite a bit. The house is set up nice where you can do stuff by yourself or as a family. Very roomy. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. The price was reasonable too!!

Christmas Get Away

The property was an overall relaxing get away for our Christmas holiday break. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, due to colder weather and rain. The only minor concern was that two pot & pans were not entirely clean when we found them in the cabinet. Not a huge issue for us and we were able to handwash them easily.

Terrible check in due to locked doors and no key available

It took us a little over 1 hour to get in the property.. The owner was willing to help but I ended up finding a extra hideaway key and tried it and it finally worked.. It definitely was not the best experience as we had traveled 5 hours with several kids that were irritable. The wheel on the gas grill was broken, the vent leading to the hot water heater was hanging off, the left front eye on the stove did not work and the hot tub did not work.. I was refunded $50 for our inconveniences. The AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the beach due to traffic.

This house has a pool and comfortable beds. The house needs an over good cleaning especially the bathrooms. Cabinet doors and toilet need repair with additional support around hinges and bolts to the floor for the comode . The valve handle in the master shower is going out thus the water temperature is really cold or extremely hot. Watch your children. There were no washclothes when we arrived so we purchased our own. The coffee maker was very dirty so we purchased a small one for ourselves to use. The owner seemed nice, but we were unexpectedly visited by plumbers at 9 AM in our pajamas the morning before we're were to check out. They were in the bathroom were we slept and needed to change into our clothes. Not good communication after that point.

The house was very inviting and comforting. The bed I slept in was so comfortable, my husband wanted to take it back to Arkansas with us The pool was a great way to end our day. Felt like home away from home. Our family would definitely use this host again if we decide to return. The neighborhood is great.
