Nice place

Great vacation!!

Everything was as described. Very clean, everything you need is there. The only thing was there wasn’t a garage door opener which made it a little inconvenient. Pet friendly which was the reason we booked it. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

We loved our stay here!!

We arrived and our check in was simple and very fast. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean and cozy. The screened in porch was a very nice touch and was so relaxing. The house is very well stocked and even has a beach cart, umbrella and chairs so you don’t have to pack up and bring your own from home. We loved the shuttle service that picks you up and takes you across the road to the beach club house where chairs and umbrellas are provided complimentary on a first come basis. We will definitely be coming back!

Great family trip!

We loved salty summers and will definitely be back! It was our first time staying at Perfido Key and have to say it may be our new favorite! The location is as good as you can get without being directly on Gulf side and the large pool was awesome…and large enough there was always a chair available when we were there. I could go on and on about amenities….especially the use of The Beach Club

Really nice condo with a perfect location. No cable tv so I had to watch games on my phone or go out. Very clean and beds were nice. Free golf with the stay was really nice!

Stairway to sore knees

Property was very well-appointed. It is close to many nice restaurants and the bartender at the beach gave us great recommendations. When it is a nice day and many people are going to the beach, the transport took too long and we ended up walking quite a distance. It would have been a much nicer visit if the pool was heated. Also, for older people, in our sixties, the many steps got to be a huge issue after about the first week. Just too many from front door to the second floor.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Coastal Living! The home is beautiful and the view of the ocean was an added bonus! Patty was always responsive to any questions which was greatly appreciated. We spent most of our time at the beach, and enjoyed the bikes at the property.

Great condo with nice facilities

We really enjoyed the condo and it's facilities. The main pool, beach club, and tennis/pickleball courts were all very nice. The condo was nice as well and had plenty of room for our family of four.

Charming Beach Condo with Private Beach

This Perdido Beach condo unit is in a very clean, quiet gated community and sits about 1/2 mile from the oceanfront. It is within walking distance of the beach if you are an adult in good physical condition, and there is a shuttle that runs constantly if you prefer to ride. It comes with incredible amenities including golf onsite, two pools, a wonderful fitness center, a PRIVATE beach and a beach club. The beach club provides up to four chairs and two umbrellas for the beach. The unit itself is extremely clean, comfortable and extremely well-done with washer, dryer, nice kitchen, a grill - everything to make your stay just like home. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries are provided for the first 24 hours, so be prepared to resupply those for the duration of your stay. Check-in and checkout was easy; we only experienced one glitch with communication that was quickly rectified by the owners. Definitely recommend this charming unit for a relaxing beach vacation. Our party of four adults and two children was very comfortable; we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

This place was very nice for my family. My dogs felt right at home. The beach shuttle was very convenient. 4 nice beach chairs and 2 umbrellas come with the beach club service. The house also had some beach chairs, beach toys, and a cart with a cooler to take to the beach if we wanted to use the public access beach instead of the beach club. The pool was a short walk. This such a quiet little community and great for a family. I would definitely rent again if we went back to perdido key

Summer Vacation

This was probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The townhome was absolutely beautiful, they thought of everything. Even the porch was screened underneath to keep bugs out. It has two refrigerators, a good looking grill, clean garage to keep your golf clubs/beach gear in. The beds in both rooms were great. It also has a nice pullout couch bed. Bathrooms were all spotless and well functioning. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you would need to prepare a great meal. We went to the seafood market on the other side of the bridge multiple times to get fresh seafood and cooked it in the townhome. The golf course on site is nice and includes a free adult play everyday. The pool was nice as well. It is a long walk to the beach. There is a shuttle available that will take you to the beach clubhouse but the community private beach is usually lacking enough chairs and umbrellas so you should take your own. The parking is extremely limited in the public beach accesses along Perdido key. We went to the state park daily which is a 3$ parking fee but it was worth it for the open space and less crowded. There aren’t many restaurants in walking distance. Overall it was a great place to stay!
