Southern Breeze #3 is a pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a fully equipped kitchen, a full size bathroom, a patio off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer. It is across from the Gulf and pet friendly!

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I wanted to try a different area this time for vacation, and came across Southern Breeze in Perdido Key. Great location just across the road from the beach. The unit was just the right size for us. We loved the quiet area of the beach, so this was great! Response was prompt when needed! Would go back, for sure!

Excellent location with quick access to the beach, within walking distance, and a short drive to multiple beaches, Pensacola, and Flor-Bama. It had everything we needed for a week-long trip. A spacious bed for me and a little patio in the back, a pull out couch bed that my daughter loved, a small kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

I really love the area. Although our unit was cute, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. It’s a good no frills place to stay for the money but, I always expect clean vents in bathroom and vent in the kitchen. Also someone had splashed something on the bathroom wall like coffee maybe. I think they need new cleaning crew.
