Annual Family Trip

We take an annual trip to the area. This house was perfect for our group. The only issue we had was quickly addressed and owner was very easy to contact. We were extremely happy with the experience and would love to stay again i. The future.

Vacation rental home

Neighborhood is located in the best area in pensacola, we felt very safe, homes were all beautiful, plenty of room in our rental, pool table and the pool was the best entertainment for the kids and us adults, we enjoyed our 9 day stay. Yes i recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved the house and having a swimming pool right there for our enjoyment. The pool table was also a hit with our family as we had nightly tournaments with the kids. Lots of memories made here. The beaches were so close by which was a major plus!

Wonderfully spacious home

The home is beautiful and is actually bigger than what you see in the pictures. Alex is an awesome host. He was very communicative and easy to work with. And what can I say about the area? Well, it’s a beautiful sub-division that is very close the Perdido Keys, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and within a decent distance to Navarre Beach, Destin, and Fort Walton. All in all, it is a great place for a family and we will definitely rent from Alex again.

House awesome, location awesome, host awesome. Really enjoyed our stay here, house is very spacious, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The pool was very nice and clean as well. The covered outside area was a great place to enjoy breakfast and lunch. We will be returning next year.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This home was a perfect fit for our extended family. Grandparents on one side and grandbabies and their mom and dad on the other. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do, both at the home and nearby. Less than 10 minutes from public access to awesome beaches and the Blue Angels. Great spot!

Look no further you've found excellence away from home.

Simple check-in, everything as described. A safe and quiet neighborhood, all your neighbors wave when you go by. Exceptional furniture, reclining couches, the beds were not so high you couldn't get on them. It was very clean, spacious, 2 living rooms, ceiling fans throughout, we didn't want to leave but had to come home.

Best family vacation ever

My family and i had a blast on our vacation the house was clean and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and watched the blue angels fly over. So much fun going to the beautiful beaches and restaurants

Beautiful vacation house

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The house was spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The best part, though, was the enclosed porch area (with pool table) and, of course, the gorgeous pool. The house was clean and inviting. Truly the very best home I have ever rented on VRBO and it's not even close. If you are considering this property, don't even look at anything else and book this NOW. Just a note, I did see another review that complained about the thermostat being set too high by the owner. We did not encounter this at all. We were able to set the temperature to our liking with no trouble at all. Really, I mean it, you must stay at this house, it is truly wonderful.

Pensacola Stay

We were in Pensacola for our nephew’s winging ceremony. The stay at Alex’s house was very pleasant and enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the pool many times and the neighborhood is very quiet. When communicating with Alex he was pleasant and very responsive. If ever back in that area would definitely look for his property. Highly recommend.

Very nice trip

The house is spacious. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Very well organized, perfect for large families and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the NAS in Pensacola, Perdido Key beach and Johnson Beach National seashore. Alex was very quick to respond to the minor questions we had. Would highly recommend this property!!

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time staying at Alex's place. We got there and there was plenty of room. The pool area was nice the only down side the was the ladder in the deep end was missing the step parts but the kids could just jump out ledge. The area the property was in was wonderful, it was in a quite neighborhood, away from all the tourist stuff. It was a quick drive to the beach and to the Naval Base to watch the Blue Angels. Would defiantly recommend this place for a family, to relax and enjoy time together. While we were there the garbage disposal was leaking, Alex was great to work with and had someone fix it as soon as he could. Great host and would work with him again!
