Welcome to Coral Island Oasis!

Situated in the Coral Creek neighborhood in beautiful west Pensacola, this home is just a short drive to the sugar white sands of Perdido Key Florida. It is also a short drive to downtown Pensacola. This single family pool home is the perfect choice for your family's next vacation! The large, private, beautiful pool is perfect for those long hot summer days. There is also a screened in patio that is the perfect relaxing spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or reading. There is plenty of off street parking in the double driveway and 2 car garage.

Inside, this home has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, new high end furniture throughout, and mounted smart TVs. This large 3 bedroom home has a split floor plan that separates the primary suite from the other 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a huge smart TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom. On the other side of the home is another full bathroom separating the other 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office with a designated work space in case you need to get some work done. This office/bedroom has a pullout queen sofa. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and mounted smart TV.

The huge living features a beautiful, leather reclining sofa and loveseat in addition to a matching lounge chair and ottoman. The huge mounted smart TV makes this living room the perfect place for watching the game. The living room is open to the formal dining room. Around the corner is the fully stocked, updated kitchen with newly painted cabinets, huge oversized island, new backsplash, and updated stainless steel appliances. There is another dining table just off the kitchen overlooking the back yard. This kitchen is definitely fully stocked and equipped to handle all of your family's meals.

Great location, nice neighborhood

Gave a 4 star on overall rating because pool was so dirty and full of bugs when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned until a day or so before we left. Would’ve been nice if cleaned right before we arrived. Overall the house was clean and accurately described in listing and safe and nice neighborhood. We had an enjoyable stay! Home wasn’t far from Perdido Key and restaurants.

Awesome house. Lots of room. Pool was amazing, backyard very private. Dogs in backyards of both neighbors , but not terrible. Neighborhood location 20 minutes from beach, downtown, and most restaurants. Garage was very useful. Bathrooms were nice & clean. Big living room, outdoor patio was also a great feature. Overall this is an amazing place and we would stay again.

The home is very nice. Clean and orderly as well. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate as it was very cold, windy and rainy for 90% of our stay. That was disappointing but the home was comfortable enough so we bunkered down. Also, the pool is beautiful and was part of the initial attraction, but without being heated, it was just a beautiful picture.

This was a great house to stay and more than accommodated us for the week. Everything inside and out is top notch and very clean. The beds are very comfortable along with the cozy living room and more! And don't forget about the beautiful pool and outside area...its a mini paradise, right next to good trails and parks.

Beautiful home

Rental was perfection. Location was safe and the home is way more than the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the outside covered porch with fans. We had everything we needed to cook meals and barbecue. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Local, too many restaurants and activities, but we enjoyed staying at the rental the most.

Nicely decorated and very clean…

We stayed at Coral Island Oasis from June 22-30, 2024. It was my husband, mother and myself. The pics are exactly how everything looked when we arrived. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the fact you are able to use the garage when renting to make loading/unloading so much easier. The AC worked very well which was a relief because I haven’t had great luck with other rentals in the past. There was adequate dishes provided considering there were only 3 of us and we only ate breakfast and/or lunch. Loved that plenty of trash bags were provided along with pre-packaged sponges, laundry pods, soap/shampoo and toilet paper. I have rented many places in the past that didn’t provide any of that so it was an added bonus. The pool was great and provided much relief from the very hot and humid temps. It’s on the larger size and plenty big enough if u had a family stay. The only suggestion I have would be to add a small sunshade over part of the pool and/or backyard area for those extremely hot days so you can avoid a sunburn and maybe provide a few beach towels. There is a very nice screened in porch, but a little shade outside would be nice. Overall this was an awesome rental house and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful get away

This property was perfect for our trip. I traveled with my sons, their girlfriends and our dogs. The house was good size, clean and the pool was beautiful! The secure backyard was peace of mind for our dogs. They had a kennel, food bowls and even toys for the dogs! It was perfect for us!

Winter get away

We traveled with our dog to FL to get away from the cold weather. Kevin was a great host and was quick to respond to messages and questions. The pool area was great but due to the cold temperatures, we didn't get to use it much. The screened in porch was a nice place to relax and read. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook meals. Master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our dog. There was a fence around the backyard so she could run loose out there. There was a dog park just a few miles away as well. This was really close to the Aviation Museum and was a wonderful place to visit. We would definitely rent this house again if we are in the area. Had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property as a get away before work gets busy. The home was welcoming and very clean. We had all the essentials and felt right at home. The neighborhood was nice, and if the weather was warmer we would have loved to use the nice pool. Would reach out to re-book if we ever stay in this area again.

AMAZING

Amazing property! Had a small hiccup with the AC unit when we first arrived and it was taken care of immediately! Pool pictures don’t do it justice, it’s HUGE! Perfect place for a family or even a few friends and way better then a hotel. Great service! Comfy beds! Pet friendly! Most importantly, CLEAN!
