Docks on Old River 12C is a quiet, family friendly condo. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Come watch the sunset from the spacious balcony overlooking the old river in Perdido Key. This unit is located in the gated community of Docks on Old River and includes an outdoor pool, outdoor grilling/seating area and fishing pier. We supply the linens and the initial 24 hours of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap.

Great communication from the time of booking til checking out.. Anytime I had a question while there I received a quick response.. Property, unit, and pool was very clean and it was very peaceful.. Check in and out is down the road a few miles but it was quick and easy.. Tho I wish it had beach access across the street we enjoyed the 2nd public beach access about 2 miles from property... I would definitely stay again...
