We had a very peaceful, comfortable stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, communication great, the kitchen was well equipped and the view was amazing. Everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely rent this place in the future.

This property is exactly what you see advertised. It is a beautiful place to stay, next to the pier. The host was easily able to be contacted, she left lists of places to go, it was clean and the host made it all very easy from check-in to check-out! A great place to stay. Tracy Land

Great location, place was as described, overall clean, we did have an issue with moldy shower curtains and the owner apologized and corrected it, well appointed kitchen, appreciated the keurig and brew coffee pot options, excellent communication with owner, had a lot of helpful info for places to eat and sights to see, very clean beach, not crowded, definitely would return to this specific condo!

First condo we've stayed in that had a selection of stocked items, which saved us a lot of trouble with needing to run to the store until we knew what else was needed. Everything was great with this condo, the AC, the elevators, location, etc... Will be making this our normal go-to condo in the future.

Fabulous stay right on the beach!

The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes. The location cannot be beat! Literally steps to the pool or the ocean, a short walk to the pier. The balcony had stunning views. Highly recommend walking the pier at sunset and see sea turtles swimming! Beach chairs and toys for your use. Loved that we could login to our own streaming services plus they had cable. I left a cute bird puzzle behind for others to do. Great communication with both the owner and the cleaning staff. They both responded to a few questions quickly. I would recommend to the property owner to invest in new linens but they were very clean albeit worn. Definitely not a reason to bump the 5 star review.

Quality of the unit was great. A little more clarity on how to handle the leaving process would be helpful. We were unsure what was expected. We handled the sheets, towels as we have in other places. And we didn’t know or get parking pass.

March Getaway

The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, the living room furniture cozy & kitchen & laundry appliances in great working condition. The hot water was endless & water preasure was very good. The bedrooms were large with plenty of closet & drawer space. The patio doors provided plenty of light throughout the condo & of course, a spectacular view. The condo & building was very quiet even during spring break. I cannot say enough good things about Atula, the owner. She provides her guests with all the information a person needs to enjoy their vacation & is quick in responding to any questions. My family & I had a wonderful time. I will definitely return.

Such a beautiful condo, and the view is even better! The only downside was that the fridge smelled like fish, I guess from whoever stayed there before us. Everything else was clean and well-kept. You just can't beat a place with direct beach access!

The Balcony Was Our Favorite “Room”

Atula’s condo was exactly what we were looking for. When we weren’t on the beach, which the unit directly overlooked, we were enjoying our coffee or a glass of wine on the large balcony. The king size bed was comfortable. A little on the soft side, if you prefer a firmer mattress, but still nice to climb into after a long day of beaching. I have two teenage boys, so I’m sure they appreciated having their own full size beds to crash into. A couple times the pool had to be closed for circumstances out of Atula’s control, but she communicated quickly when I texted her. The kitchen had everything we needed. A cooling rack would have been helpful, but we managed. I’m only mentioning if that’s something you’re counting on. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again the next time we vacation at NB. Thank you again for accommodating us!
