Perfect for both couples seeking a romantic getaway and families looking for a peaceful retreat, this home is designed to make every moment special. Traveling with your furry friend? We welcome your pets to join you with a small cleaning fee of $60 for one pet, or $75 for two pets. After all, they deserve a vacation, too!

The Space:
A modern 2-bedroom cottage with everything you need for you stay including but not limited to; free parking, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and W/D on sight. With plenty of room for everyone to unwind, this home offers both privacy and togetherness, whether you're enjoying a family meal or relaxing after a day of exploration. The entire home has been recently renovated with modern amenities, ensuring a stress-free and luxurious stay.

Just 3 minutes to the heart of historic Downtown, where you can explore charming shops, restaurants, and attractions. The world's whitest beaches are only 12 minutes away, perfect for fun in the sun, swimming, or a sunset stroll. Adjacent to Old East Hill. Just one block away is the Historic Coffee Cup restaurant.

Getting Around:
We have bikes on site for guest to use. We are also within walking distance to a lot of local finds and PUBLIX.

Other Things to Note:
There are four bicycles available for you cruise to the Saturday farmer's market, local restaurants, and around downtown.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our first trip to Pensacola. Location downtown allowed us to walk to several restaurants & parks. Home was clean and felt like home. Host provided many extraa and communication was top notch!

The place was great we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the toilet seats are very low almost like toddler toilet. Hard on older folks not used to the low seat.

I enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful well done cottage. I really liked the fenced ln yard sunce i had my small dig with me. The BIG problem was the fact i had trouble getting info to access the cottage ie the lock & address. Could not get in touch with anyone ended up having to stay at a hotel the first night. Great Stay

I stayed at this property for over a month, and it was wonderful. The location was ideal, right in the center of everything. The host provided enough toiletries to last my entire stay and was always quick to respond and accommodated all my requests. I would definitely stay here again.
