Bungalow studio on the water w/ Kayak, dock, private deck, tennis & pickle ball!

This waterfront rental includes use of kayaks, basketball, tennis and pickle ball rackets, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4 minute walk.

Located in an exclusive neighborhood sandwiched on both sides by state park beaches, there are no condos or high rises. The beaches are never crowded! This beautiful studio is the walk out basement of a townhouse. It usually rents out with the upper unit, however the upstairs is not renting out due to renovations.

This flat has an open Studio floor plan, a Queen bed is located in a custom loft. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The living room walks out to a gorgeous deck for lounging or games. Behind the deck enjoying the water with a private dock to fish on, or kayak in the bay. There is 1 adult and 1 child kayak for your use.
