Staff was very nice. I feel the walkways in front of the rooms around the hotel needed to be cleaned off daily. Most hotels do this at night. They allowed people to smoke in the hallways, around the pool, pretty much everywhere! I felt like I was constantly walking through smoke! Or sitting by someone smoking. I went for vacation and fresh air. Would probably not stay here again for this reason. They need a designated smoking area and no smoking signs at the pools and enforce it!! Lots of kids and family friendly, just need to clean up halls and smoke!! It’s an older hotel but the rooms were updated.

Although the restaurant was not open and it was too cold to use the pool area, both were very inviting and I am sure would be great to use in warm weather. WIFI was intermittent.

We liked the beach being close and the easy access to the rooms.A few things like better lighting in the guest room and better drainage for the shower could be addressed. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

No pool, no beach access, smelly room. They should inform travelocity about the construction going on... the hotel was empty because nothing to do in a hotel in front of the beach but not pool and not beach. It was not right.

Very Disappointing

Pros: Location
Cons: Bathrooms cleaned and updated. Notify guests of construction.
Location: Right on the beach and strip.
I had no idea when I booked this hotel that there was construction going on. The pool was closed and to get to the beach you had to walk along the public beach access. We were able to use the pool at the Holiday Inn next door which was a very nice pool but it was kind of a hassle to walk there with 2 children. The bathroom was terrible. Too small and not very clean. The room and beds themselves were fine but the bathroom left much to be desired. Really not good at all. We will not be staying here again nor will I recommend it.

The hotel condition was in poor repair, but they are under active construction to make some much needed improvements. Thankfully, we were allowed to use the Holiday Inn resort pool next-door, and it was awesome!

We were on a family vacation that we had planned weeks in advance thinking everything would be ready for us when we get there. Check in was at 4pm but we didn’t get a room until 6. That is so frustrating with a 2 year old. We had to sit in our car in the parking lot for 2 hours while we waited. There’s more but I don’t have the time to go on and on. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Try the Holiday Inn Resort next door. We should have.
