Excellent condo. Very comfortable furniture. Exceptional views from the multiple balconies. Very clean and well maintained. Extra refrigerator was nice with our large family. 5 minutes from EVERYTHING. Plenty of rolling carts to load in and out. Overall 10/10. We will be back.

Check in was a bit of a disaster. I never received an email with the check in door code. The email I had the gate code was wrong. I called and texted the numbers I had and it took over an hour to have someone come and change the battery. Gary was great and I appreciate him coming to help. He also was able to provide us with the code needed for the gate and the door to the unit. I did receive a text back from property at 11 the next morning when I contacted them at 7pm the night before. The unit and the property were wonderful once we got in. It was exactly what our family needed and more! We made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

The unit itself is nice. You’ll be satisfied with the unit. That said….The property workers on site are not remotely interested in helping you.Can we check in early? “No. You shouldn’t even be on property yet”Can you stage our bags somewhere until we can take possession of our condo?“No, we can’t do that”Can we go to the pool or beach while we wait to check in? “No, not without your bracelet”The level of pretentiousness regarding rules and willingness to be helpful, you’d think they better run their property better than a Ritz Carlton. It’s not. The elevator situation was a joke. One elevator never worked. The only other elevator worked intermittently (which is a problem for the 20th floor)Lobby area was dirty. All kinds of amenities in various stages of repair. The Owners of this unit should be extremely upset with the HOA and property management personnel. Their inability to have any concern for the renters or keep the property up to snuff is costing the owners money.
